NETWORK ACTIVITIES

The Twin Cities Privacy Network (TCPN) is the primary association of privacy professionals in the Twin Cities. The group is comprised of corporate leaders and practitioners from legal, compliance, audit, IT, information security, and other departments charged with the task of protecting their organizations' personally identifiable information. Members work in companies, government agencies and universities and meet on a regular basis to build relationships and confidentially benchmark their privacy practices.

Membership has three basic requirements:

  1. That you are employed in Minnesota or for a Minnesota-based company in a position with responsibilities for protecting your organization's personally identifiable information.
  2. That you sign a confidentiality agreement.
  3. That you be available to host a TCPN regular meeting at your company.

Currently, there are no membership dues. The TCPN is a limited liability corporation headed by Jay Cline, President of TCPN. The privacy leaders from a core group of Twin Cities companies serve as advisors to the TCPN and its agenda and activities.
