TWIN CITIES PRIVACY NETWORK

REGULAR MEETINGS NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In consideration of attendance at Regular Meetings of the Twin Cities Privacy Network, the undersigned attendee ("Attendee") agrees as follows:

Non disclosure. In future communications with people who did not attend the Regular Meetings, Attendee shall not attribute any statements made at the Meetings to specific individuals or companies, disclose the plans or activities of specific participants or companies discussed at the Meetings, or disclose the contact information of other participants of the Meetings without the permission of such participants.

Authorization to compile and distribute summary. Twin Cities Privacy Network may compile participant polls or summaries of the results of the Regular Meetings that do not disclose the plans or activities of specific participants or their companies ("Summaries"). Attendee agrees that Twin Cities Privacy Network shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the Summary and the information contained therein.

Use of Summary. Twin Cities Privacy Network shall provide Attendee with copies of the Summaries, which the Attendee may use only as follows: Attendee may distribute the Summaries to employees and contractors within the Attendee's company provided such use otherwise complies with the copyright restrictions, if any, contained in the Summaries. Attendee shall not sub-license the Summaries nor provide it to any individual or entity other than the Attendee's company as listed below. Attendee shall take reasonable measures to ensure Summaries are not used or distributed in violation of the forgoing restrictions.
